St. Francis University chose Pathline Project Management and Construction Services to provide oversight for the latest addition to the 160 year old campus.

The DiSepio Institute for Rural Health and Wellness is a 30,000 square foot building containing an education and research center, student health clinic, rehabilitation center, therapy pool, cardio-theater, strength training, biomechanics laboratory, cardio-vascular metabolic lab, aerobics classroom and a video-conferencing/symposium room.

Pathline provided on-site project management throughout construction. The project was completed on time and on budget. This project is one of three Pathline projects completed for St. Francis over the last 10-years. We are proud of our association with the University and their recent building programs.

J. Robert Stemler Program Center

Client: ARC - Westmoreland

The Westmoreland County Association for Retarded Citizens, (ARC), used a design-build process for its 25,000 SF program center. ARC-Westmoreland wanted a project management firm to oversee construction quality and progress, but had a limited budget. Pathline was the answer.

Pathline provided on-site observations, schedule control, specialized electrical-mechanical-structural inspection throughout the project and progress payment reviews. The project was completed on time and at the design-builder's guaranteed maximum price.

The new program center consolidates administrative, training and human support services for hundreds on the County's special citizens. Pathline was proud to represent ARC-Westmoreland in this gratifying and successful project.

Water Treatment Facility, Transmission Main and Storage Tank

Pathline successfully managed the construction of a new water treatment facility, 16" water main and storage tank for St. Francis University. Our work included on-site construction inspection, project documentation, quality control and quality assurance.

This project involved inspection of mechanical piping, process equipment systems, electrical and plumbing work, steel tank erection and painting system, instrumentation and control work.
